A wanted man was found after breaking into a building to microwave a burrito. Officers on patrol got a report of an alarm going off at 3:10 a.m. At the building, officers found that none of the lights were on and what appeared to be just a closed facility. They found the front door was undamaged but unlocked. Inside was Arthur Diemidio, who was found exiting an employee break room. He appeared to have just finished microwaving a burrito.

Diemidio was reported to be cooperative and it was noted that he was not an employee of the company. According to Diemidio he had been walking past the building when an unknown man had asked him if he wanted coffee so he then entered the building saying that the unknown man then disappeared. Officers searched the building but found no one but Diemidio inside.

Diemidio was found to be wanted by the Bucks County sheriff’s office for an alleged theft in October, the day after being arrested he was charged with stealing a woman’s car as well as charges for criminal trespassing and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
