Also, it makes positive impacts on people not only physically, emotionally, but mentally! Cardio exercise may help cardiovascular health (Heart and Lungs), reduces stress, improves muscles/bones, improves productivity, and can even help with depression and anxiety.

While people workout there is a chemical called Endorphins being released, which are hormones that release during pleasurable activities like exercise. These endorphins help reduce stress and improve your well being all around.

Not only are you distracting yourself and not thinking about the negatives in your life, you are improving your overall physical health, improving brain health, and improving your self-esteem building a confidence you never thought you had before.

My message is, when you’re always negative, feeling bad, unhealthy, you are going to want to give up. This is why exercising plays such a big role in people’s life, helping you stay with that positive mindset, giving you the energy and self esteem to keep going during those hard times, that spirit to just help others, be a better person, and even make peoples days with your great energy and spirit. Doing all these things will help you become a better person, feel better about yourself, and be healthy.
