A former Holyoke High School English and Creative Writing teacher, Angela Sweeney, is teaching a free writing workshop at the Wisteriahurst Museum. Sweeney is currently working as a part of Baystate Health as a Curriculum Design Specialist and an English Professor at Holyoke Community College.

“With a greater number of participants, we’re also seeing a greater diversity in our members,” says Sweeney, “which means the discussions about writing we’re reading and producing is offering a richness in multiple perspectives.”

The course is running until December every Sunday afternoon from 2-3:30. The course is open to anyone of any age! You can drop by any day or preregister on wisteriahurst.org.
