On Saturday April 7th at 9:30 am the Holyoke High school business club will host a 5k walk at the Holyoke Lodge of Elks to support breast cancer awareness. Each member of the club was responsible for collecting donations from family members and friends and all the proceeds will go directly to breast cancer research.

The walk will happen rain or shine and the club is very excited to collect funds for a great cause and give back to those in need.

“I’m so excited for the club’s walk! I’m also excited to see our super cute shirts we designed specifically for the occasion,” said club member Julia Pluta ’19. “I hope to see a lot of people there supporting this great cause!”

The club has been working hard to make the event posssible and they are all looking forward to it! If you are interested in participating, it will cost $5. If you want to participate but not walk, you can donate directly to the club or sponsor a club member.
