From “Jesus Walks” to last years “Ye.” West has been all about God. It is very present in his ninth album “Jesus is King” that has recently dropped Friday Oct, 25. West has been reaching high with this album while missing deadlines to fix and perfect each and every song on the album. After West missed release dates, it left a lot of us fans questioning if it was all just for marketing. Later West tweeted out “To my fans Thank you for being loyal & patient,’ he tweeted. ‘We are specifically fixing mixes on “Everything We Need” “Follow God” & “Water”. We not going to sleep until this album is out!”

Now that it is here, the Christian themed album has had plenty of worship and praise in all of the songs on it. The fans have spoken and a lot are here for it. Others are skeptical on if the message of this album is truly genuine, and of Kanye’s career decisions in the future. It’s been said in multiple news reports that along with West’s journey with God and Christ that he may very well fully indulge into gospel. “This album has been made to be an expression of the gospel and to share the gospel and the truth of what Jesus has done to me,” West told a Manhattan crowd late last month. Hopefully we’ll still be getting more entertaining Sunday Services, music drops, and more from West.
