Billie Eilish takes home 5 awards at the 62nd year of Grammys. She was nominated for 6 categories and won 5 out of the 6. Billie is the youngest artist to win all 4 major categories. She had won Song of the year, Record of the Year, Best New Artist, along with Album of the Year, to top it off she had also won Best Pop Vocal Album. She performed her song “When the Party’s Over” and it was amazing. At the age of 18, she has become a major success in the music industry.

Her Album “ When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?” won Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal album. Her most popular and played song “Bad Guy” had won Song of the Year and Record of the Year. Most people think she had cheated the system, but in general fans believed that she had deserved to win all the major awards. Her debut single “Ocean Eyes” was the reason why she rose to popularity starting back in 2016. In 2018, was the time when Billie’s career finally flourished having her music gaining traction and popularity giving her the famous status she has today.

Many of her fans believe that her music is relatable and encouraging. Billie’s type of music is a mixture of love, loss, depression and self-image. She likes to see her fans pleased at her music. Most of her audience are teenagers that struggle with issues of their own, she wants them to know that they are not alone. Knowing that her career is to help others is inspiring and is why she won those 4 major awards. Billie has been having hardship in her career. From overcoming her depression and going on a tv show to talk about it to having someone dressed completely like her in public. Recently, she found out a girl copied her style and acted like her and Billie wasn’t pleased. Billie posted the picture on her instagram story and said “you are making me look bad”. She warned her fans not to do that because it will affect her and it is not safe for them. She loves her fans and wants nothing but safety upon their lives.
