On Friday May 20, 2022, the Ethnic Studies Leadership and Action Class are planning an event. The celebration is going to be held from 5pm to 8pm at Holyoke High School North Campus. It is completely free and there is no admission fee. Anyone is welcome to attend, not just Holyoke High students and teachers. There is going to be Hispanic food, music and games such as dominoes, cards, ping pong. Additionally, there is going to be a bounce house present at the event. There will also be vendors there, including, but not limited to, Yoke Soles and others. This celebration has been designed to bring the community together and have fun. The Ethnic Studies Leadership and Action Class really wants to place an emphasis on the city of Holyoke and provide an event that fosters community during an unprecedented few years that have been both trying and challenging for everyone. The Ethnic Studies Leadership team hopes to see you at this event. It will be a great way to kick-start the weekend!
