Maeghan Desmarais, Public Relations
Maeghan Desmarais is in her senior year at Holyoke high school. This is her second year as part of the Herald staff. She plays for the high school’s varsity soccer and basketball teams, and is a captain for softball team. She’s an active member of Holyoke High school’s drama club. This year she takes on the role of Social Media Master for the Herald. As winner of the Matt McAndrew Melva Award she hopes to continue writing controversial pieces. She really enjoys the Herald and encourages anyone who is interested to join!
