Haunted House Comes Back To Holyoke High
The Holyoke High Haunted House is back for a second year.
The Holyoke High School Haunted House is back again, thanks to recent graduate, Kenny Roche ’17. On Saturday, October 28, come to HHS for a good scare. The haunted house is open to everyone, and will run from 6:30 – 10:30 PM.
Roche was the brains behind the operation last year and decided that since it was such a success, he would bring it back for the fall of 2017. He loves horror in general which made creating this haunted house even more fun for.
“Who’s seen an entire school transformed into a haunted house?” said Roche. “I figured it was a great opportunity to shine a new light in Holyoke and keep people excited.”
Kenny isn’t the only one excited. The event is very popular among HHS students.
“I went last year and it was a great experience,” said Nathan Cruz ‘19. “I hope it’s just as good or even better this year!”
The house is completely run by students and former students who perform as guides and as characters. Kenny Roche will start having sign ups for people who want to be a part of the haunted house, and anyone can sign up.
The haunted house costs $10 at the door for the public and $7 for HHS students. If you’d like to pre-order a ticket online, it costs $8. Online tickets are limited.
Go support Kenny and your fellow Knights!
