Throughout the month of January with the help of Mrs. Reardon, Holyoke's Athletic Director Melanie Martin, and Holyoke High's Principal Mr.Stephen Sullivan, a group of thirty students from Holyoke High, grades nine through eleven, met three times with representatives from Northeastern University to help mentor them in violence prevention.
The New England Patriots have completely dominated football ever since the turn of the century. When players find their way to Foxborough, they are another success story.
Around 1 o’clock on Sunday afternoon, December 6th, the College Football Playoff committee released their final rankings including the top four teams that made the Playoffs: 1. Clemson (13-0), 2. Alabama (12-1), 3. Michigan State (11-1), and 4. Oklahoma (11-1).
On Friday, September 30, the Holyoke Girls Soccer team gave red carnations, tied with a purple ribbon, to the Hampshire Regional Girls soccer team to acknowledge the tragic loss of a student from Hampshire Regional.
