Patrick Sweeney, Editor-in-Chief
Patrick Sweeney is a Senior at Holyoke High School and this is his third year as a member of the Herald. Patrick is excited to be Editor-in-Chief this year after previously serving as the Co-Editor last year and News Editor in his Sophomore year. Aside from being part of the Herald, Patrick is currently the Editor-in-Chief of the 2023 Annual (HHS Yearbook) and has been on multiple committees over his four years of high school. Last year, he was a member of Superintendent Soto's Student Cabinet and a Student Ambassador. This year, Patrick is excited to be a returning member of Superintendent Soto's Student Cabinet. Patrick is also a member of the National Honor Society and received the AP Scholar Award from the College Board organization. Patrick is looking forward to working with the staff writers to make this an extremely successful year for the Herald! In Mr. Zorrilla's class, Patrick is holding the title of "Kindest and Most Genuine."
